What is the Billing Policy?

At American Marketing, we operate on a subscription-based billing model designed for transparency, predictability, and ease of service management. Our billing policy ensures clients are fully informed, protected, and in control of their marketing investment.

1. Subscription Billing Structure
Clients may choose between monthly or quarterly subscription terms based on their business needs. Billing is automated and processed at the beginning of each billing cycle to maintain uninterrupted access to marketing services.

2. Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards and ACH bank transfers. All payment information is securely stored and processed through PCI-compliant third-party gateways.

3. Advance Billing Notifications
Clients are notified via email 48 hours prior to any scheduled charge. This notification includes:

  • The upcoming billing amount

  • The scheduled charge date

  • A direct link to pause, modify, or cancel billing if needed

4. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel or pause their subscription at any time by using the link in their billing email or by contacting our support team. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle.

5. Refund Policy
All payments are considered final due to the nature of the services rendered, which begin immediately upon onboarding. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the event of documented service failure or non-delivery. All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of American Marketing and are final once issued.

6. Failed Payments and Account Suspension
If a payment fails, the client will receive an automatic notice with a link to update their billing information. If payment is not resolved within 5 business days, service may be paused until the account is brought current.

7. Dispute Handling
Clients are encouraged to contact our support team directly to resolve any billing concerns. We take all disputes seriously and work to resolve them amicably and swiftly without the need for chargebacks.
