Are any of my payments refundable?
Although we do not regularly provide refunds, as we leverage every dollar our clients pay us to drive a return on investment, there are exceptions when special situations arise. We believe our compensation is legal and ethical, but we understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur.
Special Situations for Refunds
During the pandemic, for example, several restaurants were forced to shut down and no longer required marketing for the remainder of their billing period. In such cases, we began issuing refunds to help our clients during difficult times. Nobody can predict the future, and we are committed to being flexible and understanding.
Another incident involved a long-term roofing contractor client in New Jersey who fell off scaffolding and injured his back. This client had paid six months in advance to maximize savings and show loyalty to our services. When we learned about his accident and the suspension of his business, we immediately issued a full refund for the six months, despite being 4.5 months into the contract. He didn't request the refund, but we did it because it was the right thing to do.
