How to Build Unshakable Confidence in 6 Minutes
Your past does not have to determine your future. Your confidence can be rebuilt, strengthened, and put to work.
I know because I've done it.
I grew up in an extraordinarily abusive environment. By the time I reached adulthood, my self-esteem wasn't simply low. It was below zero.
Today, I've served in combat, built businesses, advised major corporations, and created a family and life I love. None of that happened because I was born confident. I had to build that confidence from scratch.
In this six-minute video, I'll show you how.
Three Steps to Build Extraordinary Confidence
1. Rebuild Your Identity
Your identity is the story you tell yourself about who you are.
If you've spent years believing you're incapable, unattractive, unintelligent, or destined to fail, it's time to challenge that story.
Start with daily affirmations written in the present tense. Define who you're becoming, reinforce those beliefs, and begin replacing negative self-talk with a more constructive internal narrative.
2. Train Your Mind Every Day
Confidence requires repetition.
Set aside 10–15 minutes each day for visualization, positive messages, and mental rehearsal. Picture yourself approaching opportunities, overcoming rejection, and taking action.
The objective isn't to magically transform yourself overnight. It's to develop the mindset that makes taking action easier.
3. Get Out of the Dugout and Start Swinging
This is where everything changes.
Want more friends? Start conversations.
Want a relationship? Meet new people.
Want to get fit? Walk into the gym.
Want to build a business? Start pitching.
Stop counting home runs. Start counting swings.
Track your attempts before worrying about your results. As your experience grows, begin measuring your progress, learning from your mistakes, and improving your approach.
Confidence Is Built Through Action
You don't need a perfect past, exceptional looks, or extraordinary talent to begin building confidence.
You need a stronger self-image, the willingness to take chances, and a system for measuring improvement.
Watch the video, put these three steps into practice, and start becoming the person you've always wanted to be.
