How to protect your Facebook Ads from trolling, negativity, and unwanted comments
LAW FIRM CLIENTS:
If you operate a law firm, such as in family or criminal law, we recommend using these keywords selectively to avoid filtering out comments from potential leads who may be discussing sensitive legal issues. Carefully tailoring your blocked keywords will ensure you protect your page while remaining accessible to clients in need of your services.

Running a business on platforms like Facebook and Instagram can drive significant attention and bring in valuable customers.
Unfortunately, it can also attract unwarranted trolling, negativity, and hate from the deepest, darkest recesses of social media.
To protect your business, we want you to take a proactive approach to prevent any of this from impacting your online presence.
Moreover, if you ever find yourself dealing with disgruntled customers, employees, competitors, or personal situations, the steps outlined below will help safeguard your social media and advertising systems, preventing potential damage to your brand and reputation.
